A few years ago, I switched most of my makeup to natural and organic cosmetics from sustainable brands- I’m 90% natural at this point.
I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but I do use basics like eyeliner, mascara, concealer, and lip gloss on most days, and like to play and experiment with makeup looks on special occasions and to enhance my outfits etc.

Lavera Volume Mascara
This mascara is a great everyday essential if you’re looking for a safe, healthy way to darken, lengthen, and plump your lashes. It applies easily, and creates a soft, natural look. It’s not waterproof, so you can take it off with any makeup remover. It doesn’t look obvious or fake, but rather as if you didn’t apply much mascara, but rather had tinted your eyelashes. What I liked best about it is that it didn’t clump up and smudge, which my usual mascara does do.
mini cons: I like to apply my mascara once a day, and create an immediate dramatic effect without layering. I liked this mascara a lot for every day, but still prefer my waterproof tarte mascara for evening, which I feel creates more defined length and volume than this one.
