this is my go to breakfast. it’s simple, fast, and delicious. sometimes i have it as a snack or even dinner if i’m just too lazy to cook, and want something satisfying and sweet. if you’re used to eating low fat sweetened yogurt, this will be a wake up call. the sweetness is in the fruit. ditch the sweeteners, and embrace organic whole milk yogurt. it’s creamier and much more satisfying than that skim milk stuff. and it will help you lose bad weight, and get healthier.

the low fat craze that started in the 80s has been disproven in numerous scientific studies, but public thoughts on fat are slow to change. it’s really a psychological shift. i now only buy organic whole milk dairy. i consume less, and feel more satisfied because of it.
if you’re used to skim milk, please switch to 1%, and then as you adjust, move up to 2%. skim milk is unhealthy, and will not help you lose weight. quite the opposite. in fact, it deprives you of the good nutrients in milk, which are fat soluble. your body needs the fat in milk in order to absorb the vitamins in it. i’m going to explain more in an upcoming post, but for now, here’s my superfood breakfast yogurt bowl recipe.
