Feelings of not being understood, not belonging and not good enough lead us to be uncomfortable in our own skin and we live our lives based on “Should” instead of “Want and Could”. We feel like we are not living our life for our self but for other people and we feel like nobody sees or understands the “Real Me.” We all want to be liked, loved and accepted for who we are.
Should is a concept of the mind on how I’m supposed to be or what I am suppose to do in order to be a good person and liked. We were all taught by our cultural what is good and acceptable and what is bad and unacceptable about us. These beliefs and ideas live in our mind, and we create a tighter and tighter box of our identity and who we are suppose to be that limits our freedom, creativity and play in the world.
You can address all limitations that affect your impact and vitality. It is a shedding of ego and constructed self image. Once you address and shed those limitations you recreate yourself from a place of spirit, creativity, joy and love. It is the reset button- to be in the world how you want to without any limitations or restrictions. You can recreate yourself by identifying and living from your contributions, strengths, gifts, passion, what you care about, what you want, and what gives you purpose and fulfillment.
