curious how I hit my first 20k+ month with my IG side hustle? lemme spill the beans: i have 4 revenue streams on the gram.

only a year ago it was just a dream 💭

i've manifested this revenue intentionally and strategically.

the potential was in me all along, but i was stuck in mindset blocks- perfectionism- overthinking- comparitis- i felt like my account had to be better, and bigger.

it wasn't until I started investing in myself with online programs and coaching, letting go of scarcity mode, implementing my method, and taking consistent action that things shifted.

now i teach others how to monetize at any size, and not wait like i did, hoping that somehow it will just magically happen...

when i teach my M2M program students 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘓𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘴, it's one of my fave Live Group Coaching sessions, because it can change everything...

one of them took action right away and was offered a paid collab, when she's never even done one for free, and has a very small audience!

another student DMd me excitedly that she booked her first packaged one on one coaching client through IG as a result of implementing the strategies i teach.

another posted one Reel on her small account and got $500 in passive income in a few hours after taking my training.

what a glorious easter weekend it was 🌼 a simple family brunch at home, with a pancake stack, egg fights, and the girls' joy 🥞

but this year without the undercurrent of dread, just love and hope 🧡 and even followed by an outdoor egg hunt with friends 🥚

i got my first vaccine shot and i couldn't be happier about it.

the hubs is now fully vaccinated.

it's all such a relief after a year of worry and stress...

now i know it's not a magical silver bullet. but it's pretty close.

i got typhoid when i was working in West Africa. being vaccinated and getting antibiotics saved my life.

i've traveled all over the world and have had all sorts of fun illnesses.

kidney infections. meningitis that left me in a wheelchair. mono. shingles.

but i used to be as they say in German 'Lebensmüde' (tired of life) and engage in all kinds of reckless behavior before i came to my senses 😜

now i manage severe environmental allergies and Lyme Disease.

so getting the rona is very low on my priority list, as my immune system is in a permanent state of auto-inflammatory response.

so yeah i'm stoked, and after i get my second dose, i'm going to do something wild AF like getting a mani pedi indoors with only one mask on 🤣

My little love turned seven and I created a virtual jewelry making party for her 💗🧡

Sofia's birthday is right after xmas so i always overcompensate a bit to make it feel special, and like its own thing, and not an afterthought after the holidays...

But with the second wave and rates being sky high here and it being freezing, but snow-less (at the time), we wanted to do something safe at home, while supporting local shops.

I went with her in person to the beautiful family-owned @sugarbeadsridgefield where she got to choose the colors and combos of the beautiful jewelry making kits that each guest received.

In addition to these kits, which had enough beads and specialty beads to make multiple bracelets and necklaces and served as a party favor as well, I added mats so that everyone would have a work station and the beads wouldn't roll everywhere.

For treats, I got the cutest turquoise and pink LOL OMG cake pops from @dliciousbydani

Sofia's girlfriends joined on Zoom, sang to her, ate cake pops together, and had a virtual jewelry making lesson from Andie, the owner of @sugarbeadsridgefield who is just lovely.

The VIP guest was of course her little sister bestie. They both created beautiful bracelets 💗

Highly recommend this fun party idea for kids 4 and up. 💎

I love women. I love moms. I only get dressed up to go online for y'all these days. My husband gets the sweatpants version 😆

My mom always tells me the story of how she dropped me off at preschool and that the first thing I did was comfort another little girl who was crying.

I'm an empath. I care too much and I feel everything. And this last year has been madness, the stress, the challenges. Us moms are burned out and stretched burning the candle on both ends.

And in that burn I see that we are like phoenixes rising, it's crystallized that really we are magical beings with a mental and emotional load that is mind-boggling.

We are capable of incredible impact on our families, and the world beyond while making meals and drowning in domestic drudgery.

But most of us don't realize it, we don't see it. We're stuck in that dark well, and it seems like our future self is just a foggy vision, like we might never become that butterfly, like maybe it's just not for us, that we'll just be in survival mode or that our time is behind us.

I love helping moms realize that they are the shizzle. That their light is NEEDED. That they have so much to share, inspire and teach, that they need to stop hiding and sabotaging their potential, that they're just getting started. That their time is NOW.

And that the way to do that is by leveraging the power of social, the strength in shared community, the motivation and magic when we come together online.

And now I get to support a group of incredible women with dreams, and hopes, and give them the wings they need to FLY! And ooooh I am so excited!

I was in a world of pain during this photoshoot. All my bones and muscles were aching, and I felt like I was moving in quicksand.

I had walking pneumonia and an active Lyme infection, my thyroid was whacked out, and my immune system was attacking itself. And I had no idea what was happening, but I was fighting for clarity...
⁣
Lyme Disease is invisible, but as the number one fastest growing vector-borne infection in the US, it's pervasive, and everywhere, not just here in the CT woods.
⁣
Patients average 7-8 different doctors and often years before arriving at a diagnosis, because the initial screening test is so inaccurate, and the medical community has not caught up with the explosive growth of the illness.
⁣
Lyme creates an inflammatory auto-immune response in the body and symptoms mimic fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
⁣
After finally getting a clear as day diagnosis, and seeing my blood test results, I was so relieved.

Knowledge is power, but I had to fight hard for that knowledge, I had to tenaciously advocate for myself, and question doctors who misdiagnosed and dismissed me because I did not look sick.
⁣
Months of antibiotics, expensive herbal protocols, and being on a restrictive anti-inflammatory alkaline diet, and I am feeling sooo much better than I did that day.
⁣
But the reality is most days I still feel like some kind of 💩. Fatigue, brain fog, and short-term memory problems are debilitating some days, and manageable other days.
⁣
As an over-achiever it's hard for me to prioritize taking care of myself, but I'm learning that it's not really an option to just power through anymore, and that rebuilding my immune system is going to take longer than I'd like.
⁣
If you know someone with Lyme symptoms, help them find a Lyme literate doctor and insist on getting full blood testing (ELISA, and Western Blot), don't just accept a negative screening test.

And remember that you have no idea what someone is going through, so be kind 💚

you are doing so much remembering so much keeping track of and caring for and organizing so much. all those little things that make your head want to explode.

donut tuck that dream away friend 🍩 work on it in stealth mode, work on it in small steps, do one thing every day towards it and you will look back and marvel at yourself.

i feel like i'm constantly torn between wanting the littles to grow up already so i can work in peace and quiet, and wanting them to stay little, and soak up every moment with them, but also have them play on the other side of the house so i can get things done, and back and forth forever.
⁣
and then as soon as they're finallly asleep i look back on my pics and realize how they're growing before my eyes but i don't see it, i only see it afterwards in pictures, and it's terrifying and wonderful and it breaks my heart, but i guess that's motherhood.
