Exercise: I’ve really gotten into yoga the past 6 or 7 months and I love it! I also try to get some walking in on my lunch break, just to get moving during the day.
Describe your body image: Mostly accepting. It can be hard sometimes, but I try to take care of myself. It’s my body – you only get one!
When you look in the mirror, do you have automatic negative thoughts? Not automatic. I know if I look long enough I can focus on my love handles or my extra chin or how my hair doesn’t fall just right. But I prefer to be positive.
What does your dream body FEEL like? Flexible! I really want to be able to do Crow.
