1 can garbanzo beans
1 Tbsp (or less) olive oil
1/2 Tbsp curry powder (or other spice that you prefer: chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper)
salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain, rinse & dry chickpeas.
- In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil curry powder and salt. On a baking sheet, spread chickpeas out evenly. If you want to sprinkle more curry powder + salt, go for it.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing them occasionally. Keep a close eye on them so that they do not burn. Let cool before you enjoy!
